Yes. He is strongly biased to one side. YOU are biased to the other.
What makes you any better than him? At least he has been right thus far.
You shareholders act as if you are the heroes in this movie. As if it's good vs evil and you are absolutely on the right side.....but what if you aren't? What if you have been defending crooks again (like the past CEO)?
I'll bet in 1934, the German people thought they were doing right by supporting their dictator.

I couldn't care less who comes out on the right side, but so far, I see no reason to support the insiders of this company. And THAT is an unbiased viewpoint.
