Now why would anyone post trades on the internet, and who has time to post anything when it comes to trading. Lastly why would anyone subject themselves to a comment from you.

Maybe you should take a second and just Google Zeev's

I doubt very much you would understand my type of trading, it works for me, and I would never ask anyone to follow any of my trades. Short term trading means trading what is in front of you on your screens. Those change quite quickly on any given day, and bids can evaporate within seconds. Besides I am not here for your approval or judgment, all of us get to see that each day with your many posts.

As for me processing your information is what you object to. You believe that if you post a comment and back it up from far right, or conservative site, then that makes it credible. You use your sites to justify your beliefs. Just like in trading I use information to help make me understand what is happening, and then I make a decision.

As an example, FCX is wonderful company, been around for decades, it is a safe trader. That trade can be done by buying it, or selling it, or even shorting it. Some traders sell against a position with the use of PUTS and Calls. You have to decide what kind of trade you will execute, and for how long you are going to hold that position. You can use charts, and they can be obtained by the minute, hour, or even longer. Then you have to trade according to risk, and the size of position. Being 73, I am nimble trader, in my younger days I traded higher positions. Any trader would remind you out of 100 trades, which is an average day, as long as your risk, and position stays the same, you should be hitting on more than 50 % of your trades. When the day is done you step back and clear your account. As long as you are taking funds each day, you continue to trade. It is that simple.

Zeev was always great at his scaling in approach to trading. He would scan the market each day and pick out the few stocks he was willing to trade. Those stocks provided the volatility that he needed for his kind of trading. They were usually $ 100.00 a share stocks, and his size was usually 1000 shares at a time. He would post his trades, and I would marvel at his strength of conviction in executing his trading plan. First position all the way up to a fifth position, and if you do not understand that simple plan, then please never use it any trading. Zeev only cared about volatility, and his trading plan was measured against volatility. In trading you put your money up, and make your own decisions, but you never use anyone's suggestion, or technique.

It is the same when it comes to the news of the day, or in this case an actual war where people are really getting killed. You want to use information that you gather from the internet to make your point. So much for thinking on your own and learning from everything you have seen in a lifetime.

https://www.timesofisrael.com/liveblog_entry/idf-officials-15000-likely-killed-in-gaza-since-start-of-war-5000-of-them-are-hamas/#:~:text=An%20unnamed%20IDF%20official%20cited%20by%20AP%20says,of%20the%20Gaza%20deaths%20to%20be%20Hamas%20terrorists.

Maybe this makes you happy, I just see it, read it, and move on.

https://www.reuters.com/world/middle-east/how-many-palestinians-have-died-gaza-war-how-will-counting-continue-2023-12-06/

Look at those building that have been bombed; people were living in those buildings. They had no place to go, they do not have the means to get in a car and just drive away. So, they stayed, and when the building came down, no one went to look for them, no one gives a shit. Especially someone like you, it does not fit your narrative. You think the war is justified, so if Palestinian people die, you don't give a shit.

In war death is never measured accurately, it is done to be used as a military objective.

Just like in trading you want everything cut and dry; life is never like that. That is why many of us show up here, in this forum. We all express views, some goo, some better, some done with much information, others with outrage at the senseless destruction. Then you take that information, use it or dismiss it, but this forum is to just express it. You want a conclusion, like your information is the most credible. That is when you take issue with me, or anyone else who dismiss it.

At 73 I also have other small businesses that I have done for years. Those involve trades that can last for decades, others for maybe a year a two. One is still done with my 42-year-old son, we started it when he was 11 years old. It has come and gone a few times, but we keep coming back to it, it keeps us in touch with one another.

The other business I started when I was 12-year-old child and needed money. I might have worked a lot of odd jobs when I was a teenager, but it was more satisfying to buy something and sell it for a profit.

Maybe you should try something on your own, using just you, and the intelligence you have garnered in your lifetime. Seeing your post in this forum only satisfies you, most of us read them and wonder how anyone can just accept it and not question it.
