let me see if i have this right.....you have 100 posts complaining that kblb doesnt have shareholder meetings and that is a violation of so many sec rules and regulations...

but NOW you are arguing that kblb shareholder meetings are faux meetings because they really dont need one to pass anything they want without shareholder votes...

not only that but you have whined about kim passing ammendments without a shareholder vote and stating it was against the rules...

but now you use kim's ability to do that as a reason why he doesnt need shareholder meetings...
