Sorry if this is a stupid question- but what are you referring to when you say the COFC?

I don't understand how that can be the case when the jury trial decided unanimously that FHFA breached the implied terms of their contract with shareholders.

If that is the case that would make what they did in part illegal right? Which if that is found to be the case couldn't it be used in part to nullify the whole senior preferred purchase agreement?
