Please tell us you can't be this clueless about corporate structure. Why do you trade public companies if you don't understand the basics? Read some real books. This is sad.
All of those entities are listed very clearly in the BETS public filings as having various interests in the ultimate holding company. Many layers of litigation and taxation insulation. All disclosed. Buyer beware. Yet you have no idea what is already disclosed to you, what it means, and how it impacts the value of this "investment." I'll ask again, why do you invest? You're just blindly throwing darts. Sad. Friendly advice.....learn!!
