Ice cream is kind of an in joke within the cult. It's from Ryan Cohen's Teddy book. I believe the quote is "Talk is cheap, it takes money to buy ice cream"
They are chanting 741 because Ryan Cohen posted a picture of him with Carl Icahn once, so the cult fixated on Icahn as someone who would buy BBBYQ. Icahn was wearing shorts in the picture which obviously meant that shorts in BBBYQ were going to be in shambles and cover, causing a short squeeze. And 7:41 was the time on Icahn's digital clock once.
