Exchanged emails with Mr. Lin, asking about a new potential merger, getting current, and whether this would still be affiliated with China Auto Parking Group or not.
His reply:

Thank you for your email. We tried to have a company dropped into this shell in 2018. But the impact of COVID-19 was big enough to cause the revenue decline substantially. We are trying to do a reverse merger with another entity which has stable revenue.
The attorney letter has been filed. So the shell is current now.
