Jimmy just because you had a buy in at 15:52 doesn't mean that your order gets priority. Its goes by time first then size. So the market maker just bought 20K at .009 but if he doesn't have another 80K he may not flip them to you or there is another order ahead of you. If there were no shares for sale he would have put you on the bid. In today's market, especially pinksheets and BBs, the marketmakers and not playing for their own account.
