When you make a statement such as this: "The group of pumpers here on this Board do not represent the majority of shareholders," are you expressing fact or opinion? If this is factual, where is your proof?
I will offer my own opinion that the group of turdsters on this Board do not represent the majority of shareholders. Furthermore, no amount of constant turding here will have any effect on the success of the project or this company. I make this claim not as a matter of fact (as your have stated a 'fact of the matter' without one shred of proof) but as a matter of opinion.
