That's what I also fear. And I hope you are wrong too... but volume is pretty high, LeBarre has been selling shares for a long time so it's not exactly significant news, biotech sector is strong. Option activity has not been unusual, I think.
Could part of it be technical? We have a lot of resistance in the $42-44 area. The stock couldn't break through, ergo the selling? Probably wishful thinking.
