S-1 is different - you want to wake up one day and see it posted. Otcmarkets PRs about business and personnel moves are fine to be communicated but SEC filings are best by surprise imo.
Deng will never have credibility on the OTC. Even if he was trying to gain credibility on the OTC, I doubt he has any idea how to go about it. Our launch will begin with the Naz uplist. I doubt Deng or Tao Qiping know how to go about that either but at least they can pay an Investment Bank for that one. That's an oft-navigated process.
