Well, with this demand from T-Mobile, this is probably the reason for no confirmation on a trial date. IMHO.

It seems like we should copy 36 of 36 as an auto reply to some of the repetitive negative postings. But this pretty much says it all. The "Science" seems to not be in dispute here as far as the legal system is concerned up to this point. Of course, anything can happen when you get to court, but who would you rather be when you got to court staring down potential Billions of damages? The winner or loser of 38 IPRs? This is the heretofore "unrewarded" work that has been going on that give VPLM leverage...Leverage in the court case, leverage in any kind of settlement, leverage in any kind of takeover....I am just glad it seems like we are getting closer to seeing how that leverage will play out.
