so we disagree

right now the PPS reflects - IMO - the reality of losing the big case at SCOTUS and all but one other case and consistent talk at GOV - be it during BO or DJT or Joe - of smaller GSEs and capital raises

I do not see the need for anyone or anything to control or lower or attack the PPS after 15 years of waiting and little to no progress

Are the JPS and common stock an interesting and attractive speculation at this PPS - YES IMO

but no one knows anything - no one here --- and such uncertainty and past failures in efforts to wake up judges - results in current PPS

no way saying sell - I am holding my group of common and JPS --- but the enemy is reality not some force that controls us
