Exactly. The OS has not changed for last couple of months since last quarterly report. The OTC market reports the OS at 1.244 billion as of Dec 1, 2023 which is the same number reported in the latest fins Sept 30, 2023.

Where does this talk of toxic dilution come from? Haven't seen dilution yet.
