Let me get this straight…. Since people are posting on a public message board for the sole purpose of discussing stocks means shareholders are getting paid? That is your investment strategy?

What is bizarre are those that believe the BIOAQ stock has some value.

Here are a couple of questions:

What is the current price of BIOAQ?

What exchange is BIOAQ traded?

Who is the CEO and why hasn't he filed any financial information?

What is the CUSIP number of BIOAQ?

Do you believe the two Judges and PCW are involved in Bankruptcy fraud?

Those posting facts aren't bashers they are attempting to help novice investors understand that they have lost their entire investment. And novice investors should never play Q stocks.

It is apparent that you don't understand Bankruptcy laws.

"When a company goes bankrupt, it sells off its remaining assets to pay off as much of its debts as possible. In the eyes of bankruptcy law, not all debts are equal in priority. If a firm fails and the assets are sold, the proceeds are distributed in this order: costs, secured creditors, employees, unsecured creditors and, finally, shareholders."

"Shareholders are last in line during the bankruptcy process. This is one of the reasons why stocks are a riskier investment than bonds. When a company declares bankruptcy, its stock becomes worthless. The shareholders only get money after all other debts are paid. Since the company was in bad enough shape to declare bankruptcy, this isn't especially likely. Shareholders should only expect to get a fraction of their investment returned after bankruptcy and shouldn't be surprised to get nothing at all."

The SEC has Alerts about investing in Q stocks.

You must have lost more than you afford to lose and you are hoping for a miracle that won't happen.

You should be thankful for those you call bashers for providing you an education on investing.

Oh, BIOAQ was never on the Reg SHO Threshold List - so much for the naked shorting nonsense.
