Chaleco, Im not sure,

I see two sources potentially:

A) Bankruptcy:
Creditors were paid less than 1% of their claims, IF there were exempt assets, I believe they belong to the shareholders (because they were exempt to be distributed to creditors ...) but again, I'm not sure if there were exempt assets or not.

B) FDIC receivership of the bank:
Are the pending 99% of the creditors claims ahead of shareholders? I think so, I wrote my opinion about this , from memory hundreds of millions (100-200 millions) were ahead of us (shareholders) when considering creditors + depositors.
There were exempt assets and liabilities in the recivership (https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=107063828) which may help, Libor may also help, but again, I'm completely lost here, only the definitive FDIC_R closure will confirm what comes or not
