Every SEC filing contains this disclaimer, so we have to discern whether Mr. Fromholzer was speaking in "forward looking statement" generalities and platitudes, OR whether, being a Director of the company, he had inside information related to the Intel settlement which prompted him to make those optimistic remarks. It seems that we are right back to, "It's a matter of interpretation."
