Absolutely (although there are other helpful features). Not only for the purpose of catching people trying to revise history but also to have ready access to the Company's past as it has been chronicled here. BTW, it's very difficult to search your posts and find anything relevant to the operations of the Company. A free membership doesn't preclude such things, you know.
