CNNA is supposed to refrain from communicating anything while undergoing Form 10 app. Anything they say can raise an SEC comment and further delay the process. The lawyer is definitely requesting that they keep quiet. We already got our updates indirectly. We know it's being worked on. And the process does take this long, so no worries yet.
