call in, tell them scottrade restricted it overnight and that you want to make sure you have the internet rate. it should be fine.

I placed 2 orders (had to, can't buy more than 999,999 at a time, LOL. Freakin Schwab goons) and had no problem...except having to place two orders...and having to pay two trade fees, LOL~!
