Oops.....hahaha.....for a moment I thought you said "people who believe, like Emu"......and I was already pushing buttons to reply "are you kidding me?".... as I didn't see the word "people" (as in, "people like Emu") so it sounded for a second as though you thought the Emu believed in the patents trillion dollar viability.....and oh man was I ready to jump all over that, lolol......but I rubbed the sand out of my eyes and reread it. That one word changes the whole meaning by 180°! He knows.....same as the alleged infringers know.....that it's all a big bullshit play, as far as the patents go. Can you imagine spending some $18 million for some infrastructure or tooling for some genius idea worth many billions of dollars and then, as soon as the stuff was delivered......you said naaah......i think I'll just melt it all down into scrap and put it on craigslist.
