I agree. GoodBudz, your post raises valid points and concerns. Doesn't mean the potential here has necessarily changed, but we all share the same frustrations regarding Chad's lack of communication and attention to shareholder concerns. I'm not thrilled with the lack of progress so far, but will continue to stay optimistic. I think they will get it worked out and hopefully put Ladin in jail.
Regarding MacKay though, he has zero history (as far as I can tell) of doing anything fraudulent or nefarious. And I really don't think his resume conveys failure...
