Well if the Supreme would do that then it means it would apply to any President, Biden, you name it.
I am sure you would be all so happy with that, Right ?
Now if they grant one person to be immune against Criminal prosecution including serious crimes like Rape, murder, you name it, it would be the worst decision ever.
Making one person in the country above the law. That would be just insane.
