Exactly. They are serious and I love how they structured it. If the share price stays current as of today, it's 1000. If it goes below...higher number. If it goes higher...lower number.
And if the share price goes up large enough to get to Nasdaq.......then maybe not...lol. They will still have the authorized sufficient to follow through and still raise cash through warrants et al.
If it ends up at .0001...fk' it.......then 100,000. You can't stop us from uplisting and we have all the money needed so don't worry about notes or creditors...f' off...lol.
I'm ready to buy any suckers bail now. Bring it :)
