Why would the seller sign closing documents with details not finished , WHY ? Sounds like a lot of double talk, with no real answer. Around and around we go. To review, Both parties signed closing documents yet not the final, final documents. Thats why the pps is .62 cents and Christmas is still on it's way.

My guess is the environmental certifications have long since expired and need to be redone. Should be a piece of cake.

Press releases have been tee'd up for about 10 years now, with not even a target date in sight..... Keep in mind, it's a moving target and will continue to be. Ron should have been long retired and enjoying the fruits of his labor by now...
