DRCT read the report

It’s primarily of the variety “things don’t smell right”.

Most of it is stuff we already discussed here, but the history of the board member they highlight is new. I think it’s a good reason to stand aside and watch at these levels. I exited the few shares I had left on this report. Even if everything is on the level you have insiders planning to sell millions of shares.

May not matter much in this bubbly market. GCT had a pretty damning report of fraud from a short seller...that was quickly shrugged off.
