SCOTUS wants to revisit EVERYTHING and make it all super conservative as they CLAIM BRILLIANCE and POWER over everything

The insane reach of THIS SCOTUS (and some super liberal before) is THE REASON to not let SCOTUS ever have the power this current group of 6 want . This would not be a nation with a democratically elected GOVERNMENT- LEADERSHIP - but an autocracy of 9 (here the 6 conservatives are taking on every controversial issue and going to convoluted 18th century logic to kill stare decisis and the way GOV has operated for last 40 years --- and indeed the way SCOTUS has acted for last 40 years

Now - set up a bipartisan commission to appoint SCOTUS judges and stagger terms - say 12-15 years - and much more and then maybe such power grabs will not happen or be as crazy (I include times when there was a super liberal majority as wrong --- but did they create MQD ?)
