CBIA wouldn't surpass a penny because it lacked the necessary hype for a 3000% or more surge. Moreover, the share structure does not align with sustaining such significant dollar volume consistently. In essence, CBIA lacked the support from interested parties willing to restrict the float, creating substantial upward movement.
