Berman's track-record indicates an ANNUAL could be released this month (followed by an Attorney Letter many months later). He also continues posting quarterlies.

Despite what folks think of $ONCI and its ridiculous track-record of being an outrageously dilutive shell, Berman knows how to play the game to keep this turd afloat.
