Delaware 4612067 - Well unfortunately for your theory, PWC wasn't around in 2016' at the start of this.
This mess lays solely with the management of former BioAmber.
The "individuals" can say whatever they want, doesn't hold any water.
Former BioAmber = "The Company" - Liquidated in Quebec Superior Court.
Funny, I don't remember any "official" bids submitted in liquidation by PTT & Greenfield.
You know, reading the 6th report unsealed is a real eye opener for the first time ever.
Not that it matters, signed off by the courts in Canada & the USA.
Bankrupt & out of business more than 5 years ago.
