are we in the business of creating anything BUT spider silk?



They have mentioned Vietnams interest in getting more robust mundane silkworms, so they aren't reliant on China. Maybe KBLB has stumbled onto something in their efforts to create more robust SS silkworms, in the mundane robust silkworm space as well. I believe Lam Dong is particularly interested in that.

Lam Dong has year round production. 
The key is that Mulberry can be harvested continuously in Lam Dong. 


My belief was this meeting involved research and breeding with the parties involved. 
If that is correct i don't see this involving spidersilk. Kbl and Prodigy handle that.
I believe larec played a big role in the selection of silkworms used for the multi line silkworm . 
Vietnam currently has zero breeding of level 2 silkworms. All imported.

Vietnam needs quality egg supply and a facility with refrigeration requirements.
