My claim is this was liquidated. If I can prove it, will you let everyone know it’s over Connie?

Quote: "There you have it, folks.
When pressed to clarify and expound on their claim, they ask you to support it with a valid source.
Nobody is going to work on your claim. You said it. You back it up. "

Yep, there you have it folks. Another one of the "I'm too smart for my own good" crew.
Too lazy to educate himself on the history of the company. Too complacent to do any sort of due diligence before purchasing a "Q" stock.
It's not a "claim", the reason for the delisting from both the NYSE & TSX was because - - - - ????
You can't be this lazy?
It's not hard to find. There are many articles written on it. Some vague, some watered down.
I'm not paid to provide you with anything 5 years after a company was liquidated.
If you can't find even a public article on your own, then I guess you're out of luck.
Was it accounting fraud or was it management fraud? Did it happen, yes.
It started the entire spiral downwards.
It WAS a deliberate action, the question is, on who's decision?
I guess we'll never know. The company has folded.
Kind of moot at this point. Tell me why it's moot. That would also require some DD which you seem unable to carry out.
Five years since bankruptcy - ended Sept 18th, 2018'..
Sorry about your luck.
In your own words: "With all due respect, give the keyboard back to your dad. This is Logic 101."
See, that will be your problem. I don't care about your version of logic.
I care about facts, the truth. The truth doesn't change just like the outcome here never will.
It has already been written.

DO GOVERN YOURSELVES ACCORDINGLY"

This is a simple question I have asked multiple times. It’s a yes or no question with one answer being the truth and the other a lie. I

So tell me is there any chance at all that FKA BioAmber shareholders can ever receive any type of monetary compensation for their worthless FKA BioAmber shares?

Do give the keyboard back to your father as my question is simple logic backed by facts 101.

Do avoid and skip over the hard questions accordingly

Wow ! Guess you missed the class action securities fraud case against the CFO . LMFAO And yes the chief financial officer is most definitely management.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the above-captioned action has been certified as a class action for settlement purposes and that Plaintiffs have reached a proposed settlement with Settling Defendants to resolve all claims in the case for $2,250,000 in cash.
