There's a reason I steer far clear of companies that dilute into the billions because most end up enacting a RS on their shareholders which decimates the value or they end up going out of business altogether! And when they aren't vocal about what is taking place behind the curtains to keep their itchy shareholders updated then it is hard to remain invested as that shows that their shareholders aren't of much concern as they leave them in the dark which subsequently makes their SP drop! I am as careful as possible with where I invest my money as I have experienced far too many bad situations in the past that made me all the more weary of companies and especially their CEO's at the helm that make the decisions they do! Shareholders best interests have to be at the top of their list of priorities and is one of my ten points of criteria that I measure all companies up against that allows for me to consider if it is a viable investment or not!
