LocWolf, that is an interesting detail, which you and I both picked up on; a detail which was inconspicuously embedded in HDC's Motion to Dismiss With Prejudice. I was curious, and still am, as to why HDC would dismiss with no recourse, but Intel agrees to the dismissal, but WITH recourse. It must mean something, but exactly what I just don't know. LocWolf, I can see valid reasons why Mr. Fromholzer would no longer be needed, but will not elaborate on those at this time or in this forum. I believe that the $800 million to $1.2 billion that Venning referred to in his lawsuit, was speculative and mentioned long before the actual settlement agreement was signed with Intel. I have never suggested that this amount IS the actual settlement amount. What I have speculated is that $2.25 million is NOT the whole package, regardless of what was disclosed.in the latest 8-K.
Again, you and I interpret the facts differently on this, but that's okay. One of us will be proven correct in the end, and who knows, it may be you.
