I went with jps. Fnmat 1.95 and Fnmas 1.91.
My fear for commons is dilution. Especially if after the haircut the jps are then forced to convert to new common. That’s why I passed on the commons. Don’t forget there are handful of institutions that own the Jp’s in large numbers. Boy, I’m going to be very popular now.
