SFRX lost $2,282,411 for 2023 ending 9/30……

They’ll likely burn thru that money by April Fool’s Day, if not before.

Nice spin on the note though. Perhaps if the loan had been project specific, but it’s not. It says they can even repay debt with the funds.

It’s amusing you mentioned EXPL. If I were like the AWOL affiliate I would say, up 200% YTD and up 50% for the day. I thought it never traded, but as we can see, it does.

Regardless, $1MM is peanuts if you’re on pace to lose over $3MM for 2023. And in the salvage industry, it’s doesn’t go far if you don’t know what you’re doing.

But hey, with the right ticker it makes for a good pump for novices.

Maybe the loan will slow dilution for a month or two. But it’s about time to issue shares to the BOD for another year of zip, zero, nada.
