To get on NASDAQ if you can’t get there organically. With tailwinds, this could be a sweet move. But it’s a long-term move, not one if you plan on being acquired in a couple years.

Build revenue, Don't waste money by overpaying yourselves "management" and if the share price continues to be depressed ..... Implement a Share Repurchase Program and continue buying until true value is reflected in the share price !!!!!!!!
