CEO's LinkedIn profile has his previous, never got off the ground defunct company, as his current employer. Someone tell him to get serious and update it.
Yeah, 😆 here is their website. For some reason this tech based company isn't able to keep it up. The one that that works is simply a few static pages that frankly a teenager could produce. There is a lot of information in the S-1 offering filing concerning the patent including the "regulatory challenges". Take your time conducting your due diligence, that time will be rewarded with a much lower price in my opinion. :-D
