VASO AVHI AVHIU on their most recent 10q, it looks like the spac has around $7 million in net cash, but liabilities are greater than assets:

I don't know how SPACs work... if they get more cash once a deal is announced. But right now anyways, looks like AVHI/AVHIU has negative book value.
