Get SEC to look into the "no quorom--shareholder meeting canceled" fraud
Better yet--get ms urbach to explain how the nodder prohamasson was allowed to remain for months after she was aware of the truth of the no quorom fraud

But as she has yet to address how weed/wine was allowed to remain--after asst micky mulholland cook the books--I doubt she is going to allow either instances of greed to open up multi shareholder lawsuits
