In anyone's life the days of having only one job is almost extinct. Again, my father had one job, he started at 18, and ended when he was 61, and except for the years he was in World War II, he loved his railroad.

Now a days, most people do many jobs, I have spent half of my life working for other people, and the half working for myself.

You used a shit search engine that is paid sponsorship mostly for the first 10 pages, then took the very first hit of the first page and didn't check where it was from, or the content actually matched what you were wanting to start a conversation about? Isn't that what we believe journalists do naturally?

It's not like anyone here is actually held to any accountability because it is an open public forum.

The city desk is sort of being stuck there correcting other peoples work sometimes isn't it?

I have an old friend that worked as a journalist at a large newspaper and she was taken advantage of because women were still not far up the ladder back then and 'editor' was not in her work description but the other men would throw work on her desk and 'tell' her to fix stuff. Their version of asking.
