August 10th was when the "30-day merger" was announced. More than 30 days after that, the audit was announced. Takes time to do an audit and prepare an S-1. 6 months after August 10th is February 10th, 30 days after that is March 11th-ish. That's why in my mind I've always targeted late Q1 as to when that filing should happen. A "seasoned" company with management experienced in navigating the uplisting process would get it done quicker but we're $ASKH. $ASKH doesn't yet have anyone on board with the skillset to operate/navigate a publicly-traded company. But there is way too much $$$ on the table to not get there, which is why we will.
