CYTO: The spike @ 4am did bother me, but the high @ 4:30 was concerning, but I held out. Was thinking a little lower for a few hours, but was happy enough with 54.
Good Luck with the app. and if you get anxious, just do like I did as a kid.
"I'll be out of here in xxxx minutes & it will be over". After a while, a dentist app didn't bother me any more. :)
