Agreed. Based on the Workbar filing I don't see any ownership connection by Amy or Vincent Cammarata. Its more likely them taking over Healthpoint Plus and doing telehealth with and AI component. Amy was an executive with Healthpoint Plus. IMO Could be wrong but that's what I see.
