Co. isn't behind in it's filings. Again, Q3 isn't due till Dec. 15th.
If you look at their Q2 filing; it's quarter ended July 31st.
IMO, the late notice was in error, and probably pertained to CEO's other Co., that has
a Sept. 30th quarter ended, as mentioned in late notice.
Other Co. has missed it's last 3 Q's, but hasn't gone to EM, cause it did file it's annual last March.
So, not worried about that happening here; and I'm confident, will be corrected in next couple of weeks.
Regardless, I'm still amazed that no one seems to know or mention, or look at the prior Q's, to know the facts here.
