Obviously I am skeptical we hear anything by the end of 2023 but if it is going to happen this year, then next week is probably the last hope before the holidays.

I hope you are right and we all have big profits under the tree! Would be great to start 2024 with the land deal closed and taking the next step with this company/investment.
