SCOTUS did say the NWS itself was constitutional --- as I read it and recall -- but then again I have no use for 2-3 of the judges who have their hand out - privately and then lecture us -- lecture us - in speeches and editorials - to TRUST THEM BECAUSE they are --- SCOTUS judges
