Like I said before, not a well known stock. Where are these new investors going to come from after burning the current ones?

You burn the current investors and you risk little to no interest after. Especially in this current market with a relatively unknown shell.

Plus if the authorized shares aren’t reduced as well, which usually they.aren’t.. it will have that stench of a dilution scam..

Bring in a decent company. Grow it and the SP. Usually they offer up listing or some other incentive to offset a RS.

If nothing is offered then expect zero interest. The SP will tank further. Those “ new” investors won’t exist.
