From memory a ot of the large green H2 projects in the USA PLUG is associated with are using new (<3 yrs old) dedicated renewables I think.
probably 70% of elecrolyser sales are outside the USA so wont be affected

Still no wonder Joe Manchin is going to run for President. Schumer should make waves that he would stand down as majority leader if this is so.
