They used “several weeks” to keep investors from selling during the commercial scale plant and our share price was rising in anticipation, And then they PR’d a news release about SPAC and 1/10 reverse split.

But they can do that?

I guess it all depends on who they are lying to???

Or maybe it just depends, on whether it is a lie or the truth?
After all, lies are just forward-looking statements and the truth is insider information
